CUES is an NHS service that treats urgent eye problems such as flashes, floaters, vision loss, and minor eye injuries.

Home Visits

If you need extra assistance, we may be able to arrange a home visit to help and support you by visiting you at home.

Please do not take advantage of this service, as it is only for those whose circumstances require it.

We offer a wide range of glasses to suit all face shapes and styles.

A comprehensive eye exam can do more than test your eyesight—it can save your life. The exam helps catch early signs of potentially fatal health problems such as diabetes, certain types of cancer, and high blood pressure.

Regular eye exams are also crucial for finding eye diseases early and protecting vision. Eye diseases are common and can go unnoticed for a long time.

Some eye problems don't have any symptoms in their early stages.

Our Cancellations Policy

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will only do this when necessary and inform you ASAP. Sadly, we don’t offer compensation for any inconveniences or costs you may have experienced due to our rescheduling or cancellation.

If you can’t attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient on our waiting list.

We are committed to understanding and meeting your needs. However, please remember that we are also a business, and cancellations financially impact our business, staff, and other patients.

If you miss one or even two appointments, we will accept that life can cause this, but we will always charge for a third missed appointment unless there are exceptional verified circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
